Cycle (Space Pirates #9)

Cycle
Series: Space Pirates
Genre: Cyberpunk/Space opera (of cheerfully selective hardness)
Word count: ~8800
Themes: D/s with a masochistic dom and a non-sadistic sub (flogging), period sex, orgasm control

Summary: All the forces the ISSP can spare are after space pirates Sabinus and Olivia. But Sabinus has only one thing on his mind. And Olivia is inclined to oblige, despite the awkward timing.

Something's shifted in the relationship between Sabinus and his pet, though neither of them is willing or able to put it into words. Not that Sabinus is interested in semantics anyway. He's a space pirate, after all.

He's more interested in pushing boundaries. In finding out just where her limits are set.

As for Olivia? She's been waiting for Sabinus to make his move all this time. But she cannot ask of him what she herself has yet to give in turn. It's time for her to commit at last -- to accept that pain means something different to him than it does to her -- or let the game end here.

Space Pirates (5-8)

Space Pirates 5-8
SERIES: SPACE PIRATES
Epic cyberpunk space opera... with only the juicy bits intact.

Four more raunchy tales of men and women with questionable morals jumping each other's bones. In space.

Includes the following stories:

JEANNE (in which an extended flashback reveals an awful lot of plot, backstory, and handwavy worldbuilding. also an old flame)

LANGSYNE (in which more virtual entertainment is had, cuteness abounds, and our heroes definitely have their priorities straight)

DEGEN (in which there are multiple partners with dark dynamics, and skippable plot)

ADRESTIA (in which the aftermath of above is detailed and we see the consequences of starring pirates as our heroes)

Adrestia (Space Pirates #8)

Adrestia
Series: Space Pirates
Genre: Cyberpunk/Space opera (of irrelevant hardness)
Word count: ~6600
Themes: complicated D/s, cunnilingus, (highlight for spoilers) penectomy -- not intentionally erotic, and utterly amoral protagonists. Consider yourself warned.

Summary: Nobody crosses a space pirate without facing the consequences. And though Olivia Yuzhino may not be a pirate herself, she belongs to one now. To cross her is to cross him. And she refuses to let her weakness sully his name.

Sabinus knows something happened to his pet during his absence. He didn't get this far as a space pirate without developing a well-honed sense for trouble. But as usual, she's not talking, and until she does, there's not a thing he can do about it.

Maybe it's not his place to do anything about it.

Still, he has his ways. And maybe now he can finally settle the matter of what exactly she means to him.

And what he means to her.

WARNING - This short story is a direct followup to "Degen". Although it's not necessary to have read "Degen" to enjoy this story, "Adrestia" features vicious vigilante justice and pirates doing piratey things, and so the same warning about darker themes applies.

Degen (Space Pirates #7)

Degen
Series: Space Pirates
Genre: Cyberpunk/Space opera (of questionable hardness)
Word count: ~4300
Themes: dubcon, gangbang, immobilization, double penetration

Summary: Rookie ISSP officer Gurn Kirzac, though young, has already gained a reputation throughout the system for his cruelty and ambition. And he's determined to secure a promotion by capturing notorious space pirate Sabinus Terchan through any means possible -- including Sabinus's new woman.

Olivia didn't think twice about giving herself to a space pirate on the run. Nor has she regretted her decision since, despite the ongoing tension between them. Uncertain though it may be, life with him is uncomplicated, and she has her own reasons for appreciating simplicity.

But their arrangement can't last forever. And when she draws the attention of a corrupt young officer with a deep hatred of pirates and a firm belief that the ends justify the means, she's going to have to decide just how far she's willing to go to protect the unusual relationship she's forged.

Whatever she chooses, there's no turning back now.

WARNING - This story is darker and somewhat different in tone from the other entries in the Space Pirates universe. Proceed with caution.
