Olivia (Space Pirates #10)

Olivia
Series: Space Pirates
Genre: Cyberpunk/Space opera (of unapologetically inconsistent hardness)
Word count: ~9000
Themes: D/s, semi-public sex, plot?!

Summary: Though Olivia gave her body to Sabinus, her heart and mind were never his. When his old lover and fellow pirate Jeanne shows up at a function for interplanetary dignitaries, fireworks are only inevitable...

Months after his jailbreak, space pirate Sabinus is finally ready to take the next step in furthering his original goals. Said step involves brazenly crashing an underground banquet with more than a few important Union officials in attendance -- and Sabinus means to enjoy the occasion to the fullest by taking his pet out to play.

Unfortunately, they're not the only party crashers around. And more than one specter from his past is going rear its head before the night is over.

This short story sets off the final arc of the Space Pirates series.

Excerpt (250 words):

Their gazes met before she could duck away and pretend she hadn’t noticed. Her mouth dried, and it took every last bit of willpower she possessed not to run straight to him.

Instead, she stood and waited for him to come to her, keeping her eyes fixed on him, as if by doing so she could compel him to her side all the faster.

“Good girl,” he murmured with a shameless smirk as he finally closed in on her and ran his hand suggestively down her thigh.

That silly, wicked man. So he’d really --

“This calls for a reward, don’t you think?”

She wouldn’t have removed it even if he hadn’t said anything, but she did not tell him so.

It was beside the point.

His hand wandered back up her thigh and around to her ass, pressing her close to him. His touch set her on fire, made her shake. She couldn’t help but whimper as she wriggled against him, her breasts crushing against his thick, muscular frame.

Some of the people around them turned and stared. But she honestly could not care less if he took her on the spot, right before all these distinguished individuals and important personages. They were nobody to her. They meant nothing to her. He could fuck her here, now, wherever he wanted, whenever he wanted. His happiness was her bliss; his pleasure, her need. She didn’t give a damn about these strangers. All that mattered was him.
